Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings and better natural light, as lower floors face a wall.

The hotel decor was nice, but honestly, how hard is it to provide more than 2 coffee pods for a whole week? Shocking. I could hear everything through the walls, it's like the neighbors were having a party just for me. I was defintely expecting complimentary water or at least an upgrade after all the noise, but no, just a basic room. Shame on you, Sercotel!

Everything was good, so were incredible views especially at sunset. The rooms were modern and brand-new, with an electric kettle, a fridge and a microwave oven, comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was right by Alhambra, the shopping district and Granada. A cool bonus was Cafeteria Puerta Bernina, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee:)))

great facilities but not enough coffee pods
The mattress provided an really good night's sleep, wrapped in fresh-smelling white linen. The spacious bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower. I particularly enjoyed the coffee machine that came with pods. I wish there were more than just two. The rooftop terrace with the pool had fine views of the Sierra Nevada, a perfect spot to unwind after a day out.
The limited coffee pods were disappointing, especially for a longer stay.

The suite was huge, clean, and comfy. It had a mini kitchen which was super handy. The location is perfect for exploring all the sights on foot, and the staff, especially silvia and jose, were so helpful with recommendations and parking.

Absolutely loved the artistic design and the thoughtful layout, especially with the separate toilet and shower! Plus, those wooden beams in the ceiling? Total charm! The kitchen was ready for my culinary adventures-bring it on!
But seriously, where's the water? I seemed like I was on a survival quest! The street noise was louder than my neighbor's dubious dance moves!

fine Granada stays 🌞🏰
The rooftop pool was a lekker spot to cool down after a day of exploring. The bed? Flippen comfy, I could have slept there all day. The views from the terrace were just something else, proper postcard material!
Only downside was figuring out the parking, it's a bit of a maze to navigate, so just be ready for that.
